1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using QuickBid ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

QuickBid is an AI-powered estimate generation tool for contractors. The App allows you to:

• Create and manage project estimates using AI assistance
• Store customer and project information
• Generate and share professional PDF estimates
• Track estimate history and business analytics

3. Account Registration

• You must create an account to use the App.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use automated systems to access the App (scraping, bots)
• Resell or redistribute the App or its services

5. AI-Generated Estimates

• Estimates generated by the App are AI-assisted suggestions based on the information you provide.
• QuickBid does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any estimate.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, adjusting, and finalizing all estimates before sending them to clients.
• AI estimates should be treated as starting points, not final bids.
• QuickBid is not liable for any financial loss resulting from estimates generated by the App.

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into the App (estimates, customer data, company information).
• You grant QuickBid a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of QuickBid. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• QuickBid is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for job outcomes, client disputes, or business losses related to estimates generated through the App.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuickBid and its operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page.
• We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms.
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which QuickBid operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
